These terms are an agreement between you and Zevnixa (“Zevnixa”, “we”, “us”) for using the Zevnixa website and buying website themes from it. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.
Agreeing to these terms
By creating an account, buying a theme or otherwise using Zevnixa, you agree to these terms. If you use Zevnixa for a company or client, you confirm you're allowed to accept them on its behalf. You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep them up to date, including a working email address and, where asked, a mobile number you can verify.
- Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at once at zevnixasite@gmail.com if you think someone else has used it.
- One person per account. Don't share logins; client accounts exist for teams (see Client accounts).
Theme licence
When you buy a theme, you don't buy the theme itself. You get a licence to use it. Unless the theme's page says otherwise, each purchase is a single licence:
- You may use the theme to build one end product, such as one website for yourself or for one client, and change its code, design and content as much as you like.
- You may host that end product anywhere, for as long as you like, including for a paying client.
- You may not resell, share, give away or publish the theme files, or a lightly modified version of them, as a template, theme, starter kit or in any marketplace.
- You may not use one licence for several websites. Buy a licence for each end product.
- You may not remove copyright notices inside the code that the theme's author requires to stay.
- Third-party parts bundled with a theme (fonts, icons, images, libraries) stay under their own licences, which the theme's documentation lists. Demo images may be placeholders that are not licensed for your final site.
If you break the licence, it ends automatically, and we may revoke your downloads without a refund.
Prices and payments
- Prices are in Indian rupees (INR) and include GST unless stated otherwise.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. By paying, you also agree to Razorpay's terms. We don't see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- An order is complete only when the payment is confirmed to us by Razorpay. If a payment fails or is reversed, the order is cancelled and access is removed.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order you've already paid for.
Delivery and downloads
- Themes are digital products. Nothing is shipped. After payment is confirmed, the theme appears in My Downloads straight away.
- Download links are private to you and expire after a short time. Sign in again for a fresh link whenever you need one.
- You can download your purchased themes, including later updates we publish for them, for as long as Zevnixa offers that theme and your account is in good standing. Keep your own backup copy.
- Every download is recorded, so we can investigate misuse.
Refunds and cancellations
Because themes are delivered instantly and can't be returned, we generally don't give refunds once a theme has been downloaded. We will refund you if, within 7 days of purchase:
- the theme files are broken or missing and we can't fix them within a reasonable time;
- the theme is materially different from its description or live preview; or
- you were charged twice, or charged without receiving access.
To ask for a refund, email zevnixasite@gmail.com with your order number (for example ZX-10000) and what went wrong. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days. When a refund is made, the licence ends and the download is removed from your account. You can cancel an order before paying for it; once paid, the rules above apply.
Client accounts
- A client account groups the people of one organisation. Its client admin can invite and remove members and see the account's orders and downloads.
- The organisation is responsible for its members' use of Zevnixa, and for having the right to share its members' details with us.
- Each theme licence still covers one end product, whoever in the team bought it.
Acceptable use
Don't use Zevnixa to:
- break any law, or build websites for fraud, phishing, malware, hate, or content that exploits children;
- share, scrape or bulk-download themes, or get around download limits, licence checks or security;
- probe, overload or attack the site, or access accounts or data that aren't yours;
- pretend to be someone else, or make payments you're not authorised to make.
Ownership
The Zevnixa name, logo, website and software belong to Zevnixa. Themes belong to Zevnixa or to the authors who supplied them, and are licensed to you as described above. If you think something on Zevnixa infringes your rights, email zevnixasite@gmail.com with details and we'll look into it promptly.
Previews and upcoming features
Live previews show what a theme looks like and may use sample content. Features marked “Coming soon”, such as AI Agents, SEO tools and CRM, aren't part of what you buy today. Joining a waitlist doesn't create any obligation for either of us, and these features may launch with their own terms or prices.
Disclaimers
We work to keep themes well-built and the site available, but Zevnixa and its themes are provided “as is”. We don't promise that a theme will suit every purpose, work with every browser, host or plugin, or be free of every bug, or that the site will never be unavailable. You're responsible for testing, securing and maintaining the websites you build. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer protection law that can't be limited.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of Zevnixa or a theme. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. You agree to cover our reasonable losses if a claim is brought against us because you broke these terms or the theme licence.
Suspension and closing accounts
- You can ask us to close your account at any time by emailing zevnixasite@gmail.com.
- We may suspend or close an account, and revoke downloads, if it breaks these terms, is used for fraud, or if the law requires it. Where reasonable, we'll tell you first and explain why.
- Sections that by their nature should continue, such as the licence limits, ownership and liability, still apply after an account is closed.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If there's a problem, contact us first at zevnixasite@gmail.com; most issues can be solved quickly. Any dispute we can't settle is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Zevnixa grows. We'll change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you by email or on the site before they take effect. If you keep using Zevnixa after that, the new terms apply. Purchases you've already made keep the licence they were sold with.
